Ms. Newton has over 25 years of extensive experience representing diverse types of large and small companies in their day to day legal needs with an emphasis on technology transactions. The diversity of her experience often enables her to provide new and creative solutions to legal issues for her clients. Prior to forming her firm, Ms. Newton was a partner with Haynes and Boone, LLP, Vice President and General Counsel for a privately held software company and Counsel for Tenneco Energy.
